Tri-Fives, Drum Brakes and Drop Spindles...?

I've been looking around for some options for my 55 BelAir and it's drum brakes. I like the stance of the car with front drop spindles but since I want to keep the drum brakes for the nostalgic traditional look I'm not seeing to many options.
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as drop spindles for drum brakes?

 

Be vary leary of the disk brake drop spindles. I bought some and found that they are CAST IRON!!!!!
They had a few machining errors like the ball joints would not fit and the design reduced the turning radius. I was lucky to get them returned.

 

I have not found dropped spindles for drumbrakes...

The dropped spindles from Hiedt's will work with drums or discs. And they are forged not cast.

 

can anyone confirm this?

i could not find any drop spindels for drum brakes so i got the disc brakes one's now my tires rub the finders and i have to have 15's, i wish i steped the a-arms

 

No, I bought Heidt´s and the do not work with drum brakes, but you can make them fit with some fabrication!

I saw that link. Great job but I don't have the facilities to fabricate all the necessary parts.

 

Heard back from Heidt's and they don't have anything for drum brakes like Chev55 had said.
looking into shorter springs now
