GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Clarion Hotel is located 1 mile South of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The hotel will provide a free shuttle to/from SFO to the Clarion Hotel for all traveling visitors. The indoor music festival is 21+ ONLY and the vendor and car show areas will be ALL AGES.

TICKET INFORMATION:

Your PAYPAL receipt is your proof of purchase and you must present it along with valid ID to receive your wristband at the ticketing booth. Ticket sales will start at 3PM at ticketing booth inside Clarion Hotel lobby on day of show. Tickets are $20 and you must be 21+ to purchase a wristband to enter the Ballroom for the music festival. Advanced tickets via PAY PAL will be available until April 16. *Line-up subject to change. All sales are final. No Refunds.

DRIVER DISCOUNT:

The first 100 drivers to enter pre-1965 customs and classics into the car show will receive $10 off admission to the event and must buy ticket at the ticketing booth on the day of the event. Do not purchase advanced tickets through PAY PAL if you plan on entering a pre-1965 car into the car show.

FREE for Pre-1965 cars (limit 100 cars) All-Day or Overnight
$6 General Parking
$10 General Parking Overnight

Sounds like a great time, unfortunately that's a long haul from the GlassCity! Have fun!

 

Things are coming along great. We added another band, The LO Tones; they are a DooWop band consisting of 4 members of the Last Originals CC. I heard they are great so I am excited to see them.

We have one last meeting with the hotel and rooms are booking up quickly. We need to lay out the vendor area outside and figure out where we want the bars to be (indoor/outdoor). Aside from that, everything is looking good. We have sold quite a few pre-sale tickets so THAT is good news.

Ray Collins’ Hot-Club is playing The Verdi Club in SF on Thursday 4/16, Kim Lenz and the original Jaguars are playing our Pre-Party the Uptown in Oakland on Friday 4/17, and there's a car show benefit for Derrick Ward in Brisbane on Sunday 4/19. You can make your own weekender!
