The second annual Salt Lake Throttlers end of summer party is Sept. 11th. Everyone is welcome. We are going to have a band, a motor melt-down and a bon fire. It starts EARLY at 3:00 in the afternoon and goes until the cops come and shut it down. Bring your cars, beer and all of your roudy friends.

Feel free to party hard and stay the night. Bring your sleeping bags, tents, motor homes... there is plenty of room for camping. We are expecting a lot of people, so it should be a good time!

It all goes down at Mike's shop in Clearfield, UT. Use exit 335 off of I-15 (Antelope Dr.), head west for about 2 miles and follow the signs. PM me if you need any more details.

    LP

P.S. If you guys rag Tim enough, he might do cookies in the F-Bomb! (just tell him "you don't want me to tell you your shit's weak!" )

Always try to make the local runs. [IMG]
From here, anything under 300 miles is a local run! [IMG]

    Follow the signs huh!
Last time I tried that the signs said:
    "San Francisco 890 miles"
    "Next rest stop 75 miles"
"No Food, No Services next 90 miles"

    Twinkle, twinkle
    One-eyed car
    We all wonder
    WHERE you are

I'll bet that the f-bomb isn't the only car we'll see doing cookies [IMG], just a thought though. How's that scrub line Deviator when you're doing doughnuts in the field? It will be well worth the trip to come out here, hope you can make it.

No Peach Days for us this year. We are going to start staying away from the 'gold-chainer' activitys. They just don't get what we are all about ("That would look good with billet wheels", "That will look good when you get it done", "nice 'rat rod'"). I've given up trying to tell these idiots that our cars are not "rat rods" (puke), they are TRADITIONAL HOT RODS. It's just not worth it any more. We'll do our own thing. Kinda why we picked the same day to have the party... Sorry for the slight ranting...

Any way, come on down. It would be good to meet you in person...

  29. Whoa, Kris! Not all of us "goldchainers" think your coupe would look better with billit wheels!
Actually some of us do kinda get it.
