Thanks for all of the photos, makes me wish I had gone. I was 70 miles north at another event and couldn't make it down due to a family illness. A friend went and took his 53 Mercolet, haven't seen it in any pix yet probably because it is just too damn shiny.

You are so wrong, cameras always add about 20 llbs to a photo. :D You need to do as I do, position yourself in front of a 2 door car, not a 4 door. 2 doors have much wider doors, makes us look more natural.

    BTW, IZZY looks great.

Just wondering what the photo motivation was on the corvette/model A gem? Sad ANYONE would let that in to a show.

He's been driving that thing everywhere too. There is just so much wrong with it I can't even begin.

Great pics by the way everyone!

So nobody thought that this sweeeeeeeeeet 40 Willys P/U warranted a picture???? Hell if I had my camera I'd have shot at least 6 pictures of it alone. Damn that thing is nice.

I thought it was interesting to see.. I didnt say i loved it.. Just thought it was crazy to see someone put that much time, money and effort into it..Just for it really to be a complete outcast at any car show.

    Mike:

Great show again this year. The Gauges you bought from us look killer in the dash of your Coupe.

You still have my single gauge panel from the Fredericksburg Carb King Show.;)

We will be back next year!

    Jay,
I know I have your single gauge panel, I thought (you'd forget -not :)) I'd see you there but was so busy I didn't even get up to walk through the vendors area. Don't worry, I'll keep it nice and shiney for you!

Coleman Brothers Speed Shop was still doing machine work & building racing engines in the same location till at least 2000 or early 2001! I have receipts to prove it! Rod & Race Fibergl*** ( Rich Venza) moved into the machine shop shortly after Bill closed down operations there. Bill Coleman still builds racing engines and does lots of machine work at his Machine Shop at home... The man is an ICON & My Personal Hero!
