I just wanted to tell every one the good experience that I just had with this company!!

I called Classic Instruments and told them I messed up the mounting brackets for some gauges I had bought from Moon Eyes that they made and with out any questions they sent me two new brakets and olny charged me shipping!!

How cool is that I fuck some thing up bought if from some one else and they send me the part for free!!

I bought a set of their 'silver series' for the Kripple Kart direct from them.
They had them to me here in England in four days:eek::eek:

Good company, I bought a set from them for a Merc. had it maybe 6 months before opening the box, 1 lens was cracked called them, sent it back , in a week or so had it corrected and returned.

They will get more of my dollars

I was talking to them in their booth on a Sunday at a show and I mentiond that my gas guage wasn't working any longer. Had about 50,000 miles on it. The guy walked out to Big Olds with me, on the other side of the fairgrounds, checked it out and said if you take it out right now I'll take it back with me and fix it. I told him I was leaving for a road trip to California at the end of the week. He said I'd have it back in time to reinstall it before the trip. He wasn't lying. They fixed it on Monday, sent it back out to me Monday and I had the guage on Tuesday and installed Tuesday night. How cool is that! GREAT company with wonderful customerr service. Oh yeah, there was no charge!

That is the kind of attitude that keep them going. So it cost them a few bucks, but look at all the good word of mouth they are getting out of it. I wish more companies would get with it

Cool to see a company taking an interest in customer service, I'll definately go w/ Classic Instruments when its time for gauges.

I was surprised to see that they used my coupe in their R&C ads last summer... wrote them an email giving them a hard time (joking), and they sent me a T-shirt! I thought that was pretty cool of them, and it'll cause me to look them up when it comes time for RPU instruments.

There customer service is probably the best out there. No waiting on hold, real people on the phone, no excuses and just good service.

In a Industry of dirt bags they stand out above. I have bought 2 sets from them and they back their products 200%

I am glad you guys posted this. I was looking at a set of their gauges for the 30. They are quite pricey but now that I hear the positive comments, I'll pony up the extra for the service.

  15. I've been looking at various brands of gauges for my '53......I think I've now found the right company to use thanks to you all!
