My '35 ford truck build

    Well its been awhile since i posted anything about the beast so i figured what the hell. About a month and a half ago i got real sick of trying to correct the frame i was using and build a new one from 3/16 2x3. The old frame was a hacked up mess and just to far gone to repair, so about 300 bucks and four days labor heres what i got...

    I think it looks great. I'm not a fan of post 34 truck bodies, but that has a great look.

    not a f'n ratrod.when its done it will have a great paint jod as well as safety such as seat belts,good welds,and lights that work!!!

    Looking great, proportioned just right....too low. The only way to build'em.

    how much chop? I am building a very similar 36 and I dig the chop on yours.

    Nice looking build with great proportions.:cool:
    I like everything on it except the valve covers, but to each his own.

    Hell ya

    Super bell drilled axle and spring behind with hairpins

    The valve covers were from another build. The plan is ffor some finned units. Thanx to all for the great feedback on the rod

    The chop is 7" and then i also sectioned 2" out of the body because it looked a litttle odd to me with little windows and huge doors. Oh yeah and chanelled over the frame 3". The roof of the truck is just higher then my belly ****on so yeah its low but 5" of ground clearence will keep it from draggin to badly i guess
