Help identify this steering rack????

  1. This was in the trunk of my "bard find" I have no need for it and would like to sell it. Problem is I have no idea what it is or it's value???
    Anybody??

    I'm NOT sure...but it kinda looks like a Chrysler minivan rack to me. They bolt down flat to the crossmember and have a semi-sorta vertical input shaft on them.
     
  3. Chrysler mini van? Who woulda thunk it. Not much demand in the aftermarket for that.

    I took two 92 mini van racks to a swap meet, got 50.oo each in less than an hour.

    What kind of car was it in? Dont have any pics with me but maybe a Cavalier? They are popular on Plymouth and Dodges from the late 30s through the early 40s?

  8. I had three Mopar ones I got at an auction of an old dealership.

    I also had no trouble selling them for like $50 a shot. Never did have any idea exactly what they were for. I think I paid like $10 for the auction lot.
