54 Chevy Bel Air color

Can any one tell me what kind of blue this is?An how many inches it has been chopped ?

kinda looks like a hot rod flatz or some type of suede blue
possibly cleared over?

 

yea thats what i was thinking kustom shop hot rodz flatz it kind of looks like speed blue but im not sure

 

I'm thinking 4 inch chop, and looks like just base coat blue, no clear.

do you have any pics of the back of this chevy?

 

i think i read somewhere that it was something like 3 in the front 4 in the back
