well i finally got a model a and i am stoked so how about so inspirational pics from hambers w east coast style cars.
Congrats, looks like a nice piece to start a project with. Check out this thread and you will find just about every way to build an "A" http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=268179&highlight=favorite+model+thread I keep going to post #78, something about that car does it for me!
I got my first one in 58. Good, solid running car. Paid $60 for it. Got my second one last week. Been sitting in storage since 1979. Not running. But relatively solid. And I paid to much. But worth it to be young again. Nice score!
Great start Man, Theres NO goin' back now, once you've been bitten by the Model ''A'' bug you're HOOKED! Nick.
Mmmm.....that's purdy.... Ain't it so nice when things like that happen? You find one that's 'just right'. Of course to be done to your liking but still.....Very cool!! Looks like a good strong body. Did the trunk lid come with it?
Looks like a pretty good body to start with. Congrats, now you'll go crazy deciding on how you want everything!
Awesome score, and you even took care of some of the legal crap too!! A title is underrated by a lot of people, that is until they have to get theirs squared away! Start a build thread and I'll be there
yep thats the one . the guy was super cool i called him and told him i wanted it and he said come and get it, so i said i couldnt get ther for a week do you want me to send you a deposit? he said no your word is all i need , so he held it for me, he said he had over 30 calls after mine hell he had three as we were loading it on the trailer. anyway just a great pearson to deal with plus a great story.
