[/MEDIA]We are just finishing our new project, started as a 39 Chevy 2 door sedan and this is where it went. Were having trouble with choosing color or colors.I would like to 2 tone it or possibly make it a woody on the sides.Would appreciate some photo shop ideas,Thanks this should be fun.
Jesus Christ, that looks like something I would draw. More pics of that thing would be nice! Wild man.
Thats the Shiznit! Whats the overall height and length of the car? It looks like you could trip over the car if you didn't watch where you were going. Lovein it!
If you have the talents to do that ! You should be smart enough to Photshop. Or at least do it the old way take a picture print it to B&W then make copies and color it yourself. I do like it ALOT !
Here is a thought, can you get some pictures with less clutter around it and more contrast between it and background. Also, having the body all one color (even primer) makes color changes MUCH easier. When the body blends into it's surroundings, identifying the edges is difficult.
sorry man I just prefer to be cutting, welding, fabing, rather than trying to figure out this damn computer. You wouldn,t believe how happy I was just to make the post and I know there are good HAMBers out there that like to photo shop and I wanted to see what they could do.
Heres a quick one. I might try to to clean it up and finish it later, my hands a little sore right now.
People put bags on a Model and and the crowd goes crazy; a person builds a far out CUSTOM, Art Deco styled ride and the crap bombs fall? Am I on the right forms? That car is very cool. The lines flow on that thing from front to back. Huge kudo's. Im digging it hard! Keep it up and you got to show the finished product. BTW: great ingenuity on the relocation of the radiator.
Nice PS work. the glass and seats complete the look. As for the car...spend the time on fit and finish and the naysayers can eat their negative comments. Some people just don't have the vision to see past the rough edges. If you look, you can find fault with any car. "That's not the way I would do it" is a pretty common statement. Constructive criticism is the key. If you don't like a particular aspect of someone's build, be able to explain yourself. "That looks like shit" only makes you look like an opinionated ASS. "I like the flow over the rear quarters, but the eyebrows over the tail lights really break it up" explains a point of view. Commenting on the finish when it is still in the shop is a bit premature. If it shows up at the next cruise and they still haven't metal finished the welds, then you can talk about being unfinished. I'm afraid of heights, so I better step down off this soapbox before it tips over. Keep at it and show us a shiny custom when it's done.
Thats a shit load of work! I like the flow of it but IMHO the rear guards need to flow a little better. Man I wish I had your skills.
