The journey that is May Cause Dangerous has been amazing. From all of the time I spent with Alex and his crew, to all of the kudos from my fellow car freaks, it's been great. Unfortunately it is more car than I can afford to keep in many ways. Financial issues is the main reason, but the other is that it's just too nice a car for me. I don't know how guys keep such works of art and take care of them. It's not the most "show" car in the world, but it's way more than I can keep. I don't even know how to set a price or where to sell it, but I guess I'll figure that out.

GIGANTIC thanks goes out to Alex and the Gambino crew who did an incredible job creating this car, and to Marc Meadors and Goodguys for getting the car to the shows on the indoor circuit and for letting me store it at work.

I absolutely love this car and will be proud of it for the rest of my life, but I have to be responsible (scary thought).

The plan is to pay off what needs to be paid off and then build a DRIVABLE '38-'41 Ford Tudor that I can pile the family in and GO! Maybe I can find someone to do a trade plus cash thing. Who knows?

Thanks for all of the kudos over the past year and a half. I'm glad the car had such a positive impact.

Oops, wrong day for this post I guess. Unfortunately it's not an April fools.

Profit? That's funny. I will be trying to lose as little as possible on it though.

Damn! I don't usually like lace paint, but I love this car and would love to own it. But I'm broke, I don't suppose you would settle for a couple hundred.

When they get to that level of detail....

    It's hard to enjoy them.

    Good luck with the sale.

most people dont have a clue on what kinda dough goes into a perfect show car.

getting back what you put in is amazing, let alone making a profit

    Damn Kirk...really?
Regardless of what I've said in the past, I respect the heck outta ya....you do know your **** and this car proves it. It's one of my favorite customs....ever...
I understand having to sell it during these times....wish I could afford it. I don't think I could handle a car that nice however.
Hopefully it stays stateside and I get to see it in person.

Well Kirk I maybe the only on but if this isnt a joke I understand. I also understand how a car can end up too ****ing nice to drive. I felt the same way about my 32 even though we drove it to Louisville it really wasnt the fun car i thought it would be.. I had a friend make the decision for me ( the heart attack helped to making me realize its just a car) and made me an offer i couldnt refuse... I look back now sitting here surfing the net again cause I lost my job thinking I made a good choice... I got over a years wages out of that car and its in the bank right where it should be... Good luck you will make a profit on that one im sure..

    Sad news indeed!

KIRK, At least you can be safe in the knowledge that you have created one of the BEST Customs of late.

Sad but some times all good things have to come to an end. I believe I would have to find a way to keep it a few years then possibly sell!
