Question for the the Australian Hot Rodders. A short time ago a picture was posted of a 4 door Falcon running a S.B. (I believe) which was using H2O for fuel with an ***ociated web site attached to this picture. I searched various posts as I cannot locate the web site relating to the group of rodders in Australia experimenting with water for fuel. Anyone have knowledge of the site? Thanks in advance........
The site has been taken down for security reasons. Next year we plan to start exporting pure Tasmanian spring water to you guys. should be cheaper than Evian. And 95 octane too.
I posted this ... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=335423 and a guy mentioned HHO ... which when googled gives plenty of results .
What was the name of the Aussie inventor who had it all together using H20 in the late 1960s or early 1970s ? Was,nt he using a Lightburn Zeta as a testbed ?
Blown 32 , The guy you are talking about has a mildly worked flathead in that fal**** .flatheads like lots of advance cause the spark is away from the action chamber. The HHO gas derived from splitting water using electrolysis, helps speed up the burning process, which means you bring the spark back to T D C ,for more torque, acooler and cleaner running engine and most importantly (for a flatmotor) no rods in the dirt ! the science is 100yrs old and proven .the devices aer not that hard to build .DONT buy one . BUILD IT YOURSELF !
prichard of bayswater victoria was running a falcon on the good stuff in the sixties and later ,dont know what came of that
