    I think it should be slant back not flatback.

    They have always been called flatbacks, the 37-39s that is.

    what would be value for 1937 chev flat back coach in original condition, all there, no rust AZ car?

    That's difficult to say. They are rare, but not necessarily desirable? It would help if you could post some pics of it.

    If it's complete, solid, but needs everything, maybe 5k? But that's a shot in the dark.

    The flat back was standard, but most buyers bought the trunk model for $8.00.
