1st Annual Nostalgia Drags & Car Show at Eddyville Raceway Park July 18 & 19 in Iowa!

This event is coming up soon - July 18 & 19 - rain date July 20. We are an 1/8 mile NHRA Rules Drag Strip located about 65 miles Southeast of Des Moines off of Hwy 163 in Eddyville, Iowa. I will be there is the Tech Inspection area and later in the Staging Lanes. Anyone else coming? Below is a link to our website and flyer.

Motels ?

 

Motels can be found in Oskaloosa, Pella, and Ottumwa. I also will be down there helping out.

We brought the flyers, the flyers were setting on the fender of the 1948 Ford with the homemade canoe on top.

 

hmm....i was to busy to look for them i guess! next year ill have to hire a personal flyer picker upper!

Thanks for mentioning that. Several of the pics posted are of Drag List cars. I think this is the 3rd or 4th year for Drag List and they always put on a good show.

 

Carl Moyer certainly made Eddyville a Premier facility.
The Iowa crowd is top notch too.
I truly enjoyed our trips to Eddyville and the way we were treated!

 

any rain that way today????? rained pretty hard here!!! not much, but a lil hope on me makin it....cant find a sitter, and my buddy that i thought would go [cause always racin there] is goin to a cardinals game!@!
