looking for info on some HOK paint.

I was just looking in the new rod and custom I believe it was and there was coverage of the GNR's. In the coverage there was a bubble top thunder bird that was painted with what the article said House of kolor chrome paint. Does anyone know where I could find more information on the paint like any paint numbers or info on using it?

I have a project I might could use this on but I'd like to find out about it and all I can seem to find is info on the cheap crappy chrome paint they sell at walmart.

also does anyone have any close up pics of the car especially near any areas where the paint and the Real chrome meet?

Did you look on the HOK and ALSA sites ?

Saw the car in Detroit, the "Chrome paint" looks better in pics.

If you google HOK they have a lot of tech info on all of there paints. I have used there paints several times with great results but not the chrome.

 

alsa looks most realistic..

 

If you're just doing small areas, try your local hobby shop. Look for Spaztix.
