    Thanks all for the welcome.

Franco, I will always love those old Buicks. And Silent Rick, I am near Holy Cross Cemetery down old Michigan City Road. I'm in the area known as Frog Town. Palos thanks for the invite. Me and my bro and my dad may just take you up on it.

    Welcome,
Great taste in cars and history. They definately go hand in hand. Like so many, my grandfathers fought in the second war. One in the Navy and the other fought in a sherman tank with Pattons army. We owe so much to all of them.

Thanks to all for the great welcome. Tom from Summit, Silent Rick, Rich B, Holiday Hills Rich, JasonP (and others who show up),Come on up to Lansing Airport, Lansing, IL, when we'll have the CAF C-47B open for the public. I'll give you a tour of the airplane. That is the airplane in the background on my avatar. We'll have the C-47 open for tours on April 18, April 25, May 2 and May 9. Find me and identify yourself and I'll give a tour of the airplane for free. Come see our beautiful airplane. We can talk airplanes or traditional Hot Rods. TonyM.
