For $40K... you'd think there would be some nice interior and not a Chain steering wheel!!

Throw in that blonde and it might be a deal!!!

  9. sure looks to be a market for 8 to 12K Mercurys??:):D wish i could find one too that was affordable , and then theres always the changes to make it your own, for a driver I could skip the 6 K air system:confused: but its nice to drop it at shows:rolleyes:

Come on..... It probably gets all the attension he says it does. Probably handles pretty good. I've seen it in the rags. I don't think he's misrepresenting it. It obviously has a ton of work in it. I dont see a problem with talkin it up a bit. He's trying to sell. We all do it. I like the car. Why are we tearing it apart on here? Same ****.

i was going to give the benefit of the doubt to the guy-- hell, i love mercs so much that he could claim it was the car of JC himself and i might be ok with it. i was then going to say you all are internet soap opera drama queens. BUT....

Then i saw the ad and realized the dude referred to Gene Winfield as Jene-- so, i'll STFU and enjoy the soap opera :)

You can't go getting peoples hopes up like that! This is just like the time I rushed to the store to get my official Bruce Willis action tank tops. Turns out people were just joking...:(

Handles like a sports car with 83 olds suspension, thats funny.I have seen this car around san diego ,really guys its nothing special, sure it sits low but low aint everything, the interior is missing and the price is jacked way up for this.$40,000 can get you a ford 36 window restored on collector car trader on line,i would rather that then the merc.I love mercs but this aint right somehow, too much, too showy not alot of styling cues you would see on a cl***y custom merc, more shock value, get my face in a mag **** going on here.
