Looks happy to be home , the King O Hearts & you , now enjoy , I'll see you next week. Thanks for letting us get involved in such a cool build you've been a pleasure to work with .That little ol Hot Rod wanted to get back on the street so bad , it didn't even put up a struggle :)

What a great story. Thanks for having us remember all the vets who served us (my pops included) so well. It seems like people forget what made this nation great so easily. Congratulations to you, this story, and that little hot rod for helping those who care remember.
Can't believe you came up with that "96 Tears" comment. I thought I was the only one who remembered ? and the Mysterions!

Nice story, and a really nice car. It's also refreshing to see so much patriotism on the HAMB.

Thats a real American story and a tribute unparalleled.
I've found the H.A.M.B. to be quite patriotic and "real America."
its a pleasure to spend my time here.
I gotta dodge more work so I can spend more time.

    Very True..

The HAMB is ( Hardly a Moment Bored) to me...excuse me for waxing poetic but..............

The HAMB is a refreshing drink of original coke in a monster drink world..Its a rotary dial telephone in a cellular world...and a Jet Black 32' Roadster w Lake Pipes in a Hawaiian Shirt Billet / Rod world .

The car, the story, the responses, the bunch of us that will keep an era alive..I get kinda misty about the whole thing (its late, I've had a Mojito, two beers ,a good cigar, and I've been over at a good friends house who is moving to San Diego)..We get it, and it worries me about a whole other generation that on frequent occasion proves to me that they are clueless..You younger fellas that get it, and I don't just mean building a traditional hot rod, slicking your hair back and a wife-beater shirt, but truly understand where we,ve been and the sacrifices it took to get here, I love ya, more power to you and there is hope for the future...

Rix....excellent ......look, when we are all actually driving on the streets of our hometowns to and from the meets, shows and cruises we go to, we are presenting Hot Rodding in its true form. Many may see a real Hot Rod for the very first time....going through your town or neighborhood.

My hope is that some young guy that might have never gazed upon traditional iron before, sense something burning in his core when he sees us p***ing by.

Like the American Flag waving proudly on a windy day, or the sound of a P-51 climbing into the clouds... we get struck with the sense that rodding is a little of the past roaring through every town in America...

31fordv86o Great story....Suggestion,,, since it is to be a tribute to 3 Navy men why not paint it the old navy aircraft colors like the Navy Blue Angels have on their show team --- Maybe Navy blue body with Yellow wheels and use the military gauges on dash. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
