Does anyone know where a person could get a one piece front end for a '51 Ford (Car)?

  2. Did you get rid of the corvair yet? I was talking to someone the other day that might be looking for one

No but I made a deal on the shoebox. Tell your buddy I will deal! Trades OK, need a 750 carb for the blower, or what ever, just need to get it off the farm.

  4. The Fairlane Company in Michigan used to have molds for individual pieces which could be ***embeled into a 1-piece flip. Their specialty was F-1 and F-100 truck parts.
The company was sold several years ago, but a Google search should come up with the current info.

Thanks Trent but it has a front end on it now, just wondering if a gl*** front was available.

  12. What about those fibergl*** front ends people put on T-birds to make them look like a '50 Ford?

I thought about that, but I know the rear proportions would be off. The hood is way too long for sure.

  14. Not even one close dimention...just looks like a '49. Fairlane up in Michigan has the real deal.

i know this is an old thread but why would you want a 'gl*** front end? is it a race car or what? why would you need less weight on the front end for?

Try U.S Body source in Florida. They make all kinds of off beat gl*** parts.
