Hello, I have been a gearhead since before graduating from Jr. high school. Graduated from Pasadena High in California 1966. I've done a few odd engine swaps (260 in '67 Cortina, sbc in original Econoline) but never owned a real rod until I bought my 1949 Ford coupe a few weeks ago. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showpost.php?p=3601922&postcount=290 Mostly I have contented myself with small projects, like driving lights behind the grille (of my Miata, Equinox, Astro, Subary), set up to open when the lights come on. I have already benefitted from the great store of information here as well as the real-time advice available when I run into a question. I hope to be able to contribute as well as receive help and expertise some day.
Hi I am working on my Plymouth 48 delux engine I hope to have it together this week.I live in East Wenatchee also. Alan
Hey you Wenatchee guys. Welcome. I have a good friend that lives in East Wenatchee. I come out and visit every few years. We do some motorcycle riding. What a beautiful area to cruise and ride bikes. Lots of cool places to go to. You V8 Econline sounds like it would have been fun.
