i would put a shield around the front of your battery, the one under the floor of my pickup get all covered in oil and dirt off the road, now i do have a couple of small oil leaks and a road draft tube, but even a sharp piece of metal laying in the road could get kicked up and go through the side of a battery, it would make for a nice spark show.
OK, must be an optical illusion in that picture. It makes the battery look lower than the bottom the wheel. Proceed.

back on the DASH I totaly screwed up on PIC 2096 - too much paint at one time without proper cure time = GOOOOYYYY Mess... I had to totaly strip it down with some JAsco and start over. Did you know Jasco lifts bondo ? LOL Well my boy will get another good lesson in sanding I guess ..... As they said in Meet the Robinsons "Keep moving forward" right ?
drove it tonight Man this car is FUN the rebuilt little red ram really moves this lightweight coupe along ( smokes the tires easy and chirps 2nd and 3rd ). Of course 4.11's and a TCI race trans help too
