Thatnks again for all the hardwork you put into the site.

Now lets build some more hotrods [IMG]

I've been busy , buying a new house, selling an old house, and just generally stressing out over every day life.

    I'm back.

If newbies would sit back, listen, and PAY ATTENTION, they might learn something about what the HAMB is all about instead of running their mouths about stupid ass crap that has nothing to do with anything.

It sounds like life is busy but good Ryan. Congrats and enjoy. [IMG]

I believe it was a pretty senior member who posted the picture of the penis.

I almost lost a very good paying career over that fucking picture. The Batallion Chief of my entire fire department was in the computer room when that picture came up on the screen. He saw it and banned me from using any work computers anymore. A Batallion Chief can fire me right on the spot.

Thanks to whatever asshole did that, I'd sure like to see you get spanked hard by Ryan's boot.

I agree with all the above posts. I don't have many post on the HAMB for the simple reason that there seems to be a lot of BS....which I simply do not care to respond to. Having been a customizer and hot rodder for nearly 58-years
I believe I understand what the HAMB is suppose to be about...and if I have to explain, you wouldn't understand.

Ryan...you're doing a good job and doing what you have to do to provide us with good format. Just keep up the great work and things will pan out for the best. There are a lot of great people on the HAMB, and a lot of good information to be had...I know we all appreciate all your efforts.

    Thanks, again

Ryan, thanks for providing us a forum to communicate with others that share our passions. And thanks for keeping a watchful eye out for a-holes that don't really get what this site is all about. I know that I committed a real faux pas back before I understood fully and got a smack up side my head. Thank goodness I wasn't banished. This place is the absolute BEST place for old- timey gearheads; BAR NONE! Welcome back, Ryan. Good luck with your new job, your new house and everything else in your life.

Welcome back, Ryan. You owe us no apologies. We're all big kids and should take personal responsibility for abiding by the very simple rules of the board, without constant supervision.

Traditional Rods and Customs are spoken here!

    Take the rest somewhere else.

Glad to hear your back with us, and Congradulations on your new job and home.
If I can do anything to help make your life easier, let me know.

  19. Didn't know you wuz gone cuz I wuz gone too.

Gotta admit though, the HAMB sure seems to have picked up a lot of new troops.
That's ok though, the HAMB seems to be a filtering mechanism of sorts and some will stay and some will go.

We're still unpacking stuff, dragging stuff out of storage and like always, moving already moved in furniture to a better place - decoratively speaking.
Y'all know what I'm talking about there. [IMG]

Mr. Haring; thanks for the pic of the late flattie in the Shoebox.
Stole it for my screen saver.
    Hope ya don't mind.

Looking at the oil filter on the engine reminds that it seemed to be the left side head gasket that blew instead of the easy to access and remove right one.
Said rule still holds true . . . when my 88 Mustang GT sprung a rocker cover leak it was always the one under the intake.
As it was and as it always will be I guess.... [IMG]

    Thanks Ryan,
I love this board but I dont post that much. I guess its because I was raised " If you dont have something positive to contribute keep your mouth shut and learn". I have learned a lot and I appreciate it.

    Welcome back man!
Hopefully things will settle down to a dull roar for you.
av8 hit the nail on the head, we're big kids and shouldn't need supervision in the sand box.

I'll throw out an apology to all the OG HAMBers too. Everyday stuff has been eating me alive lately so I haven't done as much as I could have - but it starts now.

Thanks so much It was starting to feel like Soap opera watching with some Jerry Springer mixed in. HotRodding is what this site is all about not your problems at the house. Lets keep it to the basics for good.

I was wonderin' what tha hell was goin' on- although, I must admit I enjoyed the crotchrocket chick vs. OG Hamber gurls threads. We can always help out by pming people with a little reminder here and there... [IMG]

    Glad to see it.

There have been so many new members that I see their intro posts fall off the first page before anyone even replies. [IMG]

I agree, leave the BS on lesser boards and keep this one as it was intended. I appreciate your hard work, Ryan (and others I presume) and I have enjoyed my short time on the board.

    thanks,
    Danny
