Its almost a sin to cover that frame with a body. See if Revel will tool up a clear one so we can still ogle whats underneath.

Bob, You might recall that I was telling you to go ahead and bring your ass to Tejas back when you were wrestling with that decision. I am really glad to hear how well things are going. Your work is oustanding.

    Now quit fucking showin' off!

So many times I see work from the more talented people here..get wowed and move on after everyone else praises the work. Your very talented Bob. that frame is bad ass. It's hard to spend so much time on something where 90% of it can't be seen from the road. Thanks for sharing. you're work is an inspiration to all of us.

Just walk around in a ten gallon hat and tell everyone your name is Hoss, or find a midget and get him and yourself some sweet double knit '70's style Cowboy wear like Big & Little Enos from Smokey and the Bandit and cruise around in a '76 El Dorado.

  19. Bob, we miss you here by the great lakes...it is worth it with this kind of work...it looks great! And I am happy for Laura to have a cool house to play with too.....Whitey, I don't know what vision you have for your car, but lexan floors are my suggestion! Don

Man that really does look awesome set up like that...

One of the coolest things I think, is how its blends a heavy comp vibe, and still retains an old timey feel....

  21. Chevygirlrox is right, stuff like this does make you try harder, do better. Thanks.

Bob, Had to read this whole thread before I replied. This frame for Whitey is a far shout from the Acehole frame under my Model "A". Chuck has most of the fab completed . It won't be too long before he blows it apart to finish body work and paint.

Hope you continue to build these wild Texas rides !

  30. What can I say that everyone else already hasn't? That is slick, and welcome to town! Another asset to the hot rod community here. I love Austin.
