Hi everyone, I am a new member as of today and justed wanted to tell everyone I'm looking forward to chatting with a lot of you about all types of car and truck related topics. I just started a restoration on a 57 Dodge D100 Panel truck and I am already looking for some answers. I have a Hollander Interchange manuel but it doesn't cover trucks. I need to repair or replace all my doors and hood and can't find anyone that can tell me what other year and model Dodge trucks doors and hood will interchange with my 57. Can anyone out there shed some light on this for me. Thanking you in advance for your help...GK From PA.

  2. I just parted out one of these trucks in 1/2 ton, and I learned alot. The doors and hood are unique to 57, and will come off the 1/2 ton panel and all sizes of truck up to 800 and 900 series big trucks.

The fenders do interchange with other years though, in case you need them.

I still have the hood from this truck. No doors though.

PM me if you need any more info.

  3. good luck and welcome...I have a 54 panel and really dig it...desertratrodder is correct about the doors and hood...57 is a nice lookin' year for those

You want to have a Town Wagongasm, go here...

    http://www.townwagon.com/sites/tw/index.htm

Also, there is a list of what interchanges all the way up to the last ones, built in '66.

And, yes, you will NEED to find a '57 truck for parts from the doors forward, as mentioned above.

I used to own a '66 Town Panel.
