I like the boy with the blue egg deal....................kinda like me saying "wish I had that car and he had a feather up his ***"......true too
Thanks for the ****ogy Ryan, I can better understand why my son went against my wishes and got his arm tatooed. I aught to stripe his head now. nice work.
So Von Franco actually managed to pull this one off then without leaving his dirty fingerprints all over the place?
That's damn cool. Fits the rod. Keith is a hell of a good guy and his rides are righteous. Ryan is a pretty standup guy also.
Looks good Ryan. Nice and subtle. But, here's a slightly O/T question but regarding lettering and fonts - how come the Alliance big tops don't get the new bigger bolder red fonts? Seem like you guys need even bigger and bolder, not same as the non-alliance types. Just a question out of curiosity more than anything - ***uming you did that on purpose.
I was guessing there was plan behind the madness and for a good reason. Keep up the good work regardless.
man, it's one of those things that I would be soo scared to do to my car! Not sure I would ever be able to pull the trigger.... But hat's off to you guys! looks good! very subtle. In lettering and pinstriping, I'm a big advocate of the less is more thinking(atleast with hot rods, customs have at it). restraint is a good thing sometimes and it looks great! cool to see the process of the different fonts..
Why didn't you run the engine a bit to make it more of a challenge of keeping his elbow off the headers. Well great job anyway.
I should have been more specific, I think the car stands alone and is unmistakeable....timeless. I dont think it needed a name on it, but its the owners decision. I believe this car will stand the test of time, and in generations someone will say,"hey isnt that the Tardel-Cochren coupe?" like you can tell the Chrissman coupe, the Tommy Foster roadster, and so on. I am sorry for the confusion, I didnt mean to sound like a ****. later Chris
gotta agree with cheater on this one. i was drooling over this car long before i knew Ryan or this site. the car was then and is now one of my favorite model A's hands down. tattoo work belongs on skin, my opinion. just being honest.
