WOW, these are the guys that own it man! The rest of us are a bunch of kids playing dress-up. No offense intended towards anyone, and I don't question the passion or loyalty of any H.A.M.B. member. These are the guys we model ourselves after, they are the real deal. They invented it, we celebrate it. Thank you sharing these photographs.

What a great collection! THANKS for sharing
And if you notice, there are no rusty piles of bubblegum welds, No spider webs, I didn't see anyone with 40 lbs of grease in their hair and even the cuffs were kept to a minimum. In fact most of those guys were quite dapper!

Great stuff, most Santa Ana pictures are from years earlier. The helicopter shots are nice to see too.

    Life keeps adding photos.
They originally had 2 million posted.
They have 8 million more to add.

I scanned over 1000 Paso Robles negatives to digital from the 1997 - 2004 shows. it took a month working on it just about every day. I'd like to see whatever they are using to do this. I can't imagine they are doing it the same way I did.

You mean you didn't outsource that task to some 8 year old girls in Bangladesh?

All joking aside, I'm sure Google has several (high $$$) commercial scanners that are capable of scanning hundreds of photos per minute ... adding the meta data (photo description, etc.) to each image would be the time consuming & labor intensive part of the process.
