looks great as is -torque thrusts would be kool too. i am going to use my alliance tag i got when i renewed for my other car-i dont think you can just get a duplicate but if that is possible i would be interested

 

That is sweet! It took me ten years to talk my buddy into selling me my Caprice. It will never leave my family!!!

 

Looks good, I have always liked 65 and 66 Impala wagons, and a BB only make it better.

Man ,I've gotta scan some better pics into my photobucket. My 65 has had
a 500" Cadillac motor between the fenders since the early 70's so I'm
thinking your 396 will be fine on fuel mileage.


These rear wheel openings beg for a tall tire. Here's a P295/65R15
drag radial I've been toying with. Height is great but spacing will be
critical and I'll probably end up rolling the lip. I will make it work tho.
29" tall and 12" sidewall width. Might look at some LT tires too.

 

We have a '66 BelAir, it is a sweet car, a few months back had a fire in the engine compartment, had it all redone - we were lucky to have found a donor '66, if anyone needs parts for a '66 we have some left that we striped from the donor, give me a shout. Enjoy your new ride!
