No, a 292-312 intake will not fit a LYB
The Lincoln Y block is a much larger and longer engine and has totally different intake port arrangements the the 292-312 does.

Intakes for the LYB are very hard to come up with and very expensive
when they do show up. As far as I know no one made a 3x2 for them
several companys made 2x4 Intakes, and a few other odd designs.

    Hi Danny,
Well I kind of like them, ok maybe more than like them.
If your a guy that likes to really play around there cool as hell. If you just
want to buy everything bolt on off a shelf there not the thing to play with
You have to want a LYB to be willing to rework or fabricate things to make where it needs to be.

I have a monster LYB I'm building for my 49 Ford Coupe right now.

I am putting my 341 together this afternoon, I think it is a VERY COOL engine..

You should know that it is one heavy SOB... but it is still way cool, and imo ahead of it's time and overall a very simple and clean engine.

I will see about posting up a pic or two on this thread this evening.

"EDIT - Still cant find my card reader for pics, But I did weigh the engine, on the skid sitting on a semi tire it weighed 820 lbs, I figure about a 100 to 130 lbs for the tire and skid, so the lincoln engine is LIGHTER than I expected at about 700 lbs... with one exhaust manifold in place, no flex/fly wheel...
