I hate to be a "intro cop" but there are rules for the forum as far as where to post first. I'm new here too so I know what it's like to need information. Just look around, get to know the search function, and then introduce yourself.

As far as your question, just about any gl*** shop can cut the patterns. You will have to make the pattern out of 1/4" masonite or something like that. Make sure it fits in the windows and then trace that outline onto posterboard or paper and send that to them. There are lots of custom places out there or most local places can cut flat, laminated gl***. Good luck.

uh-oh... I better do an intro too.

I'm no gl*** cutter but I think the windshield on a 60 F-100 would be difficult to cut. I'd cut the gl*** first then make the top fit.

side gl*** is a no brainer, just don't roll up the windows all the way.

Find a gl*** man with experience in cutting curved windshields. Then line up some extras, because there is no guarantee that the process won't break it. Also, what 49Ratfink said about the side gl***, if the contour of the door tops stay the same.

Do a search on sandblasting a curved windshield......That's the only way I have ever had any luck.

That's how I did mine. Worked pretty good and only broke 1 windshield.

I went through 2 windshields before I was done with my O/T shop truck. Did it with a new gl*** cutter & the wet belt sander at a local window shop. Patience is your friend when it comes to curved laminated gl***.

My chop maintained factory profiles so the side windows simply did not roll all the way up. No need to worry about cutting those unless you start laying things back or leaning them in.
