HEADS UP warning about E-bay willys Item number

    hello all a good friend of mine and current willys owner was contacted by this seller a month ago prior to e-bay.the guys name IS chuck thats selling this car or so he says.anyhow the friend of mine was promised pictures of this car 1 month ago and he was promised the car at 25,000 cash money.now chuck has went to e-bay backed out of his word and listed the car for crazy moneys.I personally think It's ****ty for a guy to not honor his word the sad thing Is my friend has looked for a steel coupe for 20+ years,my friend has all the e-mails to verify what he was told on the price of the car so be leary if you wanna bid and try to buy this car.is the car even real or Is the guy a shiester trying to broker to car for somebody else?chuck will not answer calls on the car either.you be the judge.gals to help ya all.

    we all know real gentelmen dont put a price on a car or anything for that matter then try to raise It.

  3. It is ****ty and absolutely wrong for a guy to back out on a deal but I would expect a steel Willy's in that shape to go for a HELL of a lot more. Only in my happiest dreams do I get one for under 50 grand!

    It sounds like to me that your friend should have jumped on the deal at the time it was made.

    thanks for understaning guys my friend has now placed a legit e-bay ad out there warning folks of this deal.my friend did not jump at the deal with no pictures being 1050 miles aways guys.hard to drive 1050 miles for a car that your not sure even exists.the guy would not send him pictures of the car said he was fishing and makeing excuses from day one.friend saved all e-mails to verify the claims.so I know my buddys not lying

    ****in waaaaaaaaaa! As mentioned in all of your other threads, your buddy is a rock if he didn't haul some heavy *** with a pocket full of green. I've made several dead head trips for potential free cars or mis advertised cars. Go clean the sand outta your ****** and tell your buddy to grow a pair.
