Does anyone have additional pics or info on this truck

Hello all,
I can't remember where I saw this little truck last year, but it make quite an impact on me. I would really like to see some more pictures, or obtain a little more information about it. Do any of you know the truck? I didn't have my camera the day I stumbled across it in a parking lot, but I wish I did.
