Customs My Custom Grille

Its not done yet, but you get the idea:

I like the toothy smile. Did you get your cooling problems sorted out?

 

No not yet, I wanted to get all the grille metal in place then build an air dam behind it to route air into the radiator.

 

looks super clean. I dig it.

 

at the moment it looks like it's got the mask from the fava bean, eat your liver guy.

But only a fool coments on a job half dun...I like it though, good work.

 

Looks good so far. Would like to see it when its finished up.

 

VW Bumper Guards? Looks good for wayyyy less than the Desoto, Chevy route. Nice job

Well, I never thought I would be saying this, but them VW parts look killer!
I hope you get the cooling issues sorted out too.

I like the concept, shape and teeth but think the opening needs a radiused lip around it.
Just a thought.

What type & year are the guards great idea. How about rounding the hood corners for even a smoother look Danny.

 

Not sure the year, but they are just basic bug guards.

Ya I saw that one. I also had this grille on a 63 Volvo 122. I really like it.
