1963 Nova 5 lug conversion: I recently bought my wife a 63 Nova 4dr. Yes, I know. Why would you want a 4dr but, her dad had a 65 4dr and she has good memories of the car so there you go. But anyway.
The car is all original including the 4 lug drums. I know the rear is easy enough by total swap. But is there a list of parts I can buy without getting a high dollar kit off of the internet. Hopefully this list might be parts I can goto the parts store and buy as I have money for the project.

thank you for all your help.

Your gonna have to get a 10 bolt rear end out of a 64-67 nova, usually FOR LESS than $200 to cover that end and the same years for the front spindles and all to direct bolt in. The nova nationals are gonna be in Bel Terra Ind. Casino in July and will have a good swap meet and these items could be had or keep your eye out for a hole 64-67 donor car

Also check out http://www.stevesnovasite.com and http://www.novas.net for parts. There are usually a few front clip conversions going on that have complete front end setups as leftovers.

If you want to go REALLY low budget...just redrill the hubs and drums for the new pattern.

  5. 67-8 Camaro rear should also be a straight bolt-in.

back in high school (98) I swapped the front spindles from a 65 onto my 62 4 door along with a nice healthy v8, nothing needed to be changed out, was really easy to do.
