saw a pair today .i thought i knew a bit about them .the tires and wheels were mounted together .supposedly ... a non replaceable tire ..but ,researched it a little more .when i got to the computer .i guess they were made in the 70's ..i though for sure earlier .then ,i realized i knew nothing about them ..

i was wondering if anyone knew more about them .

I know of a complete set of four that has been for sale cheap for a long time on the west coast. Still there two weeks ago...
The only car these ever actually came on that I'm aware of was the Stutz and I believe that was 1969 or so. I sold my wheels to a collector that had one of Elvis' old cars and originally came with these wheels.

Sorry to bring this old tread up, but has anyone ever tried putting a smaller tire on these wheels? I think they would look good on the front of a fenderless car with a 4.50-17 or something like that.
