Howdy all, Just a quick intro for me at the moment. After decades of rodding in Sydney and of late soaking up all that old skool rodz & the mad fabricators have to offer it's time for yet ANOTHER project! ... this time it's this ol' 1926 T Tudor - common in the states but not so common down here. I'm gunna leave the lid stock but slam it as low as I can get away with. Thinking a 265 chev & odd wheels ( 5 spokes up front & steelies out back ) I'm reading posts to see what you guys have to say on tall T stuff and when I have something meaningful to add - I will. Hope I fit in.... Dan
Jesus Christ, don't mention that rag around here! It is held up as the 'exhibit A' of all things ****, not to mention fantasy of days past. At least you didn't say r@# r*^ Welcome.
Welcome from South Aus Dan...from one Aussie FNG to another, it's all about attention to detail mate...not lack thereof The T looks a good starter . OSR and everything related will rot your brain Cheers 2nd chance
Thanks guys, Point taken - I just like to soak it ALL in to get ideas - then do them my way, cause old school to me is doing everything yourself but engineering it SAFELY ... after all, none of us over here want to see big brother shut us down because of shoddy workmanship! DD
Dan, Check this out...AUSSIE HAMBERS group http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/group.php?groupid=102 (hope the thread works) see what you think Cheers 2nd chance
