Hello, I am new to this site but you guys have a lot of info. on here. A friend told me about it and it is a great site. I just moved to Newberry,SC from Sacramento,CA almost 2 years ago. I own a 71 El Camino that has been customized some and my current project is a 29 Ford Tudor Sedan that is undergoing some extensive work. After moving out here, finding a job, buying a house and having a new baby boy born in January, I am just now starting to find time for the 29. It has been channelled, the top has been cut off and the windshield has been chopped. It is setup for a 350 but not sure which way I am going to go, thinking maybe flathead. I look forward to gaining some knowledge from everyone here. Also if anyone can tell me where to find swap meets and shows in the area I would really appreciate it. I know you guys like pics so I will try and post a couple. Steve
Welcome aboard. I know what you mean about moving and the new baby. We had a baby girl last January and it sure makes you lose alot of time for your toys. These guys on the Hamb are awesome. There is alot of talent and know how on here. Everyone is cool and willing to help out in any way they can. They helped me out alot on my decisions while I was and still am building my Coupe. Anyways it looks like you have a cool sedan started. So be cool and keep us posted as you get time to make some progress.
I thought I would also include a pic of my El Camino for those that are interested in newer and a little shinier.
That's what I'm saying.... Though MSD is now making a matching alterantor... Anyway welcome from another Carolina resident, North though...
