not going to dig through 800 posts in the two Falcon threads looking for this; show me what you've done with roundbody (60-63, but especially 62) falcons and rolled front and rear pans. want to ditch the bumpers on my '62 tudor when i radius the rear wheel wells.

the rear is easy, the front is a bitch. the mounts for the strut rods are in the way and needed to be moved if you do a full front roll pan. ill try to dig up the pics of the one i did......

'60-'61 have a factory rolled pan in the front. Just take off the bumper and fill in the holes. You'll have to roll some sheetmetal around a pole or something for the '62-'63.

Intereated in the RADIUSING wheel wells on the early bird....

Workin' on a '61 Comet which shares most of the tin with Falcon.

Open to any useful suggestions for accomplishing. The wheel wells were perforated and I cut and cleaned up to problem areas.

    > Simple problem I'm working on is Falcon/Comet side reliefs in the Radius...
    > What to do where radius well cuts across concave relief...

I put adverts' out for fender lips but Comet's are different and not easily available
Used the front fender for radius template but doesn't really work out simply, on rear panel.
