I'm heavily considering this purchase and need some input on what the offer price should be. Any help is appreciated.
For me, I would want to know how nice the car was to start with, or how much bondo wsa used, rust has been repaired, and how it was repaired.
In my part of the country the asking price seems quite fair, but if you must ****er offer $10,500. Neat car, alot of the trim looks one off.
i agree with this.....if the car was clean to begin with id say it was worth it. it looks nice in pics..but like said before its worth what your willing to pay for it.....................john
Got no idea what it is worth, but it sure looks good! Can you reproduce it for the asking price? I guess that's one way to gauge it.
pay the man...or i'll be there in the morning. i'll give my left nut and a grand more...that is sweet.
Seems fair, but as others said, I would ask to see build up pics and visually inspect the back side of as many panels as you can get to. Not getting rid of the Pontiac are you?
I would get a look under the car, and see how solid the floors look. That could be an indication of what kind of bodywork might be under the paint. ***uming everything looks kosher under there and under the hood, that seems fair.
The car was great until I saw the bucket seats... YUCK! I would offer $6K... minus the seats. Toss them on the sidewalk.
