model A pu with skirts 1955

A guy over on the chevtruck board posted this up, I thought you guys would like it.

HELL!! I would cruise it around just like that!!

 

I have a couple of those "modified" A wheels with 16" rims in my backyard.
The junkyard guy in Denison TX wouldn't sell me all 4 because his welder was riding on 2 of them!

 

I love skirts more that anyone, but that's just wrong. Bad ideas do die.

 

I like it, it looks like a snail.

 

A guy here in town bought the matching fronts last year...cheap! He cut out the inner 6 to 8 inches closest to the frame and fixed a set of cracked fenders with them. Definitely the best use for them. Luke
