Wrecked Model A Sedan in San Antonio

Saw on the news a flat black A sedan wrecked, passenger thrown from vehicle. Was on 29 Fox San Antonio. Was it a HAMBer, one of the car club folks, everyone OK?

 

Just saw it myself, accident was near 14 & 610. Flat black model a sedan, passenger was thrown from the car. Tire blew, lost control. Anyone know anymore?

 

Let's hope so. It always sucks to see anyone get hurt in their hot rod.

heard a lil more bout it today from a co-worker, said the guy was from i believe southeast San Antonio and it was him and his wife in the sedan,and they had a blowout, anyhow havent heard how they are doin as of yet. hopefully they are both okay.

 

I don't know the protocol for using real names on this board, but hasn't someone we all know (with a white '52 Chevy) been building a model A sedan?

He's married, his wife has a '69 Camaro. Hope it wasn't them. Hope whoever it was is OK. Hate to see anyone hurt or wreck their pride and joy, friends or strangers.

 

Hope they are both ok, Had a tire blowout out once on the freeway acouple years back and luckily Im still here.

 

Hopefully not making the news means that there are no serious injuries to the passenger who fell out.
