I understand your want for one of the vehicles, but she said no. Why not just leave it at that? Maybe they do not belong to her. They may be a sons or grandsons. I would be pissed if someone wouldn't take no for an answer, then threaten to report me if I said no.

 

I think the best way to go would be to wait a while so she might not remember who you are, then drive by their house and knock on her door, just say you seen the cars as you were driving by and just wondered about them. Politely give her your number or info and say to her that if she ever wants to sell them that youll be interested in purchasing them. If she never calls you, let it go. Dont keep hounding her, dont steal her cars and dont stalk her. Politeness and curtiousness goes along way my freind.
