First of all, those dual caliper Aerospaces are way overkill unless you are doing at least way over 175 in the quarter, or are trying to get around no T brake rules and footbrake a big power car. Front non vented swiss cheese rotors are a real bad idea, as are running tiny brake up front combined with behemoth ****s out back. drag car with huge contact patch out back, and front runners ok... otherwise, bad combo.

(that company rules for modern brakes though, have them on my un- appropriate car and they make my nose bleed, single 4 piston front and back with street rotors)

I think I would geek if I saw them on an A though.

Mine are Halibrands - magnesium - I don't know the name of the style:eek:
But the Halibrand Spindle mounts I have were made with 5 bosses cast in. We machined those bosses - fabbed up an adapter ring (because the pattern we put in the cast bosses wasn't soemthing available. I then made some standoffs to space the rotor. Used Wilwood 3/8" rotors and Wilwood dynalite singles (duals would have been better, but I didn't want to build TOO much brake since the wheels are mag).
This was MANY years ago - I would try and use a HAT today instead of the flat adapter ring w/standoffs.
Caliper bracket was a piece of 1/4" - mounted directly to the ford spindle. I still have the car - I can take pics if you'd like.

Another problem I see is the "Drag Race" Aerospace brakes. When using them on the street they will heat up and end up warping. This happened to me on my last street / strip car. For a street car you need a vented rotor.
