Working on a small enclosed trailer and need to undue some TORK head fasteners. I've got the corse spline drivers, but these look like they are a fine spline. Any where to get them???

I havent seen teh fine ones, but if they arent stuck, I'd grind a small straight screwdriver to fit across the opposing points on the heads.

Sometimes a four point will work if it is the right size.

I think I've seen something like you're talking about. Volkswagen and maybe some other European cars have been using them for a few years. The ones I've got I purchased from Snap-On.
I'm sure someone else must make them also...

Thanks guys. I'll try Grangers on Munday, with Snap-on as a back-up.

Yep, popular with VW driveline parts. MAC tools sells them for sure so I'd ***ume Snap On would as well. It wasn't that bad in price for you can buy just the size you need.

One thing is for sure, you do not want to strip them for it will be a ***** to get them out once that happens.

    Good Luck.

I worked on an enclosed trailer, that had screws that looked like torx, that actually needed a small square drive socket.....just my experience

  10. If you have one of the multi-bit screwdriver looking goodies that store multiple bits in the handle, True Value has square bits that adapt to the multi-driver as well as your Makita screwdriver/drill - provided you have the Makita adapter.

Got some off the snap on truck the other week. I'd check there.

  12. They're called internal wrenches. Pep Boys or Advanced Auto has them, about 15 bucks for a set of 4.

They are also referred to as "triple square" as someone mentioned. I bought a set off the snap-on truck to finish a brake shoe change on the back of a jetta once.
