They look like mid/late 50's Chrysler wires to me.

Motor wheel, mostly chryslers, but they could have been made for a lot of things. If you take the tire off they'll be a 3 digit code (7**) where the back tire bead was sitting

The Chrysler Corp. offered wires as options in the 50s on Imperial (5 on 5.5" bolt circle like early Ford), New Yorker/Saratoga ( 5 on 4.5" bolt circle like post-48 Ford Cars), DeSoto and Dodge (same bolt pattern as the NYer/Saratoga). The Imperial and New Yorker/Saratoga wheels are identical but for the bolt pattern. The Dodge and DeSoto are different from the others in Hub and spoke pattern AND from each other as well. Imperial and NY/S wheels were oly available chrome-plated but I believe the D/D wheels could be had painted or chrome-plated.
I'll try to remember to look at my Mullins trailer tomorrow and see if the New Yorker wheels on it are like those you have. I'm thinking yours may be Dodge or DeSoto but...?
I think all the Mopar wires accept the caps from each other, though different in style.

Either way, they should be worth at least $500-1K or more the set of 4 depending on condition.
