new kid from ny

Hi i am the new kid from ny. I just bought a 1947 ford 1 1/2 ton pick up. i am looking for a modern style rat rod. I am on here so i can get some answers to a few question. first i need to know if i can use the stock rims in ny and are they legal. Second is can i buy motor mounts to bolt a 302 in with out doing alot of fabrication do to im working out of a yard.It has a ford flathead v8 in it now and it is forsale but unfortionatly it is seized up
