My buddy Roger and his son Mitch built this coupe for Mitch's senior project. It started with 600.00 body from another buddy, and this is how it ended up.
Stock 283 with 2 barrels.Turbo 350.Narrowed winters quick change.Real halibrands on the rear.Mitch graduates high school this year and is going to school to work on cars.

  3. Interesting dash...any idea on its origins? I hope a real paint job is planned.

Does it run as mean as it looks?

  12. Well most of the time a tubbed coupe looks a little silly but that one actually looks OK. Maybe its the quicky sticking out from underneath.

The exhaust is interesting, does it make a U-Turn under there?

A good coat of Candy red and some sort of door art and it could p*** for a '60s door slammer of some sort.

Not a bad start for a 21st century kid.

Sure beats a tuner car. It's not getting paint for awhile. He's gonna drive it and have fun with it.

Look on the bright side, the kid could be driving a Ricer. Nice car.

Nice one. Keep the wide tires but it screams for paint.
