I got mine from www.mustangsunlimited.com as a floor model

 

dallas mustang 1-800-mustang i got one 135.00 for the tank, the straps and the sending unit. they are in texas but ship anywhere

 

im looking to get a 66 mustang tank for my 54 chev to put in the trunk floor. most places like the guys on egay nail ya on shipping ive found a few places but just wanted your opinions

I got mine from Mustangs Unlimited or American Pony, but I'm pretty sure it was Mustangs Unlimited. Good prices, nice tank.

It looks like some of the links and prices in the search I posted may be way out of date though.

 

Try NPD, they're super fast on the shipping and have the best prices and the best quality. If they have two grades of anything, they'll let you know before you buy.

look on the auction site they have good buy it now deals.I bought one for a 49 merc

 

they have a few locations, so it might cut down on shipping. Virginia Mustang Parts usually has a real good price on Pertronix for Fords, might have good price on gas tanks too.
