ok so seeing as the rear bumper ends cost more than I paid for my 55 caddy, and mine are turning to dust as we speak. Are there any ideas for other make/year bumper ends or parts that could be fabbed onto my rear to replace the rusted 55 bumper ends?? any suggestions would help immensely.
Probably best to find a decent used pair and get 'em re-chromed. Reproductions are about 600-700 each, but I guess you've already figured that out.
man I wish I could find ones for that cheap...a guy in texas repops them from aluminum and want $2300 for the pair!!!! the cheapest ive seen on ebay is 1500..thats almost what I paid for the car haha
Run what you got until you find the best deal.Even if it doesnt look great it is the bumper for the car right?
