Scroungers Rabbit Hash Kentucky cruz Pic

It was a big choice today Cincy street rod show or Scroungers road trip and picnic.Cincy street rodders always put on a real good show,but today I chose to go to the Scroungers road trip to Rabbit hash Kentucky on the banks of the ohio river.Anyone who likes a good road trip this is a good one.These guys and there familys sure know southern hospitality.They were all friendly, goodtime ,drive the heck out of there cars ,club.I had to peddle hard to keep up with them almost run my car in the river trying to take pic .Good club and real good drive Thanks for the Invatationsee ya-ll again Carl

Hey Carlos...........Thanks for the ride back in your old Ford. Love that thing. Hope the picture my daughter took came out.

 

We met at Bobby Mackey's for the cruise.



As the parking lot started getting smaller it was time to take off. We picked up a few cars along the way. I think Amy counted 25 cars with the ones we picked up.

A little rubber was left on Rt 9

 

I was playing catch up most of the cruise, running blocker. Making it to the front of the pack to block off traffic and red lights from traffic kept the cruisers together and gave Amy a chance for some good pics.

 

The country side was a perfect backdrop for the run and the Ohio River speaks for it self.

 

We had a great run to Rabbit Hash and everyone seemed to be enjoying them selves.

 

Thanks For Makeing it Carlo's glad to have you maybe we can get some more hamber's next year!!

As you can tell from the pics we are a family type club and we have fun no matter what. I hope some of you guys can tag along next year.

after you get done with this event , head north to the saturday nite cruise in at butler county fairgrounds by cincy street rods and then the car show is sunday the 20th info at thecincystreetrods.com all are welcome.id love to go to this scroungers meet-first i ever heard of it- we have setup for our show that day

 

May try to do that if it doesn't get too late Saturday. We do these cruises to different places all summer. Maybe you can hit the next one. It's the River Run. We run up the Ohio side of the river from Coney Island and hit the ferry to cross into Augusta, Ky. We eat there, check out the town and then head back down the Ky side of the Ohio River. That's a pretty good time.
