Knuckles that some sweat imagination. Actually kinda cool. It's not the real car, but pretty close, the body I have is in really good shape, it's a non-running car right now. Haven't gotten the mill for it yet.
here is my 37 buick roadmaster was thinkin about chopin it to but for now its channeled so the fenders sit on the tires
Thats gonna be a sweat ride ****box, keep us posted on the progress. I like the odd ball model, especially with the spare on the fender!!
Here's the tire on the outside... Tire still fits under the fender. May not be able to turn so well....
Don't know about the wheel out there, builtbm??? Anyway, "The Catholic" and "Junkyard Dog" have the extreme's, I think the Catholic wins out though, sorry Dog. Maybe it's because I think the handle "The Catholic" is sick. I mean that in a good way. I definately like it lowered and chopped. I also like the back sliced off, but I may wait to see how the chop goes first. Oh yaeh, I'll be sure to post prgress pic's when I get started. Also, if this post makes it to 3 pages, I'll donate some funds to Ryan. I have a little over 330 posts, so I think it's time I anty something up for the use and definately for all the knowledge, it's amazing what you can learn by reading.......DA!!
Yeah, I don't like the look either. It was just to show Fur Biscuit with that drop there is still fender above the tire.
i belive General Motors Australia had an special version of the sedans in 1937-1939 something called something sloppy that didnt have a hump and had a much smoother slooping roof rear line... see if i find some pictures...
Zumo Whooooooooooooooooooooa, that's fuc@*&% CRAZY. I love it, even the paint scheme is right on. That is a sweet project idea. I am going to put that one in the back of my mind for the next time around. built, I understand where you were going with it.
Hey guys, I like the look on ZUMO's roof. That looks like a wedge chop, anyone want to rework the flat back, lowered with a wedge chop? By the way..........this made it to 3 pages so I will go out in the garage and dig up some parts for an auction, proceeds to Ryan of course. Thanks guys!!
Zumo, now that's what I'd call a "big" block! Oh, and yeah, it's been what, like four years? What did she turn out like?
Thanks Zumo, you rock!! Project is still under tarp, I have waivered many ways on which to take it. I did finally install the Mustang II front set-up last week, so I am slowly plugging away at it.
Soda, I see what you were saying about this being WAY COOL! However I am still a bit reserved as far as not having the rear fenders. I think in the real 3D world it the rear tires might be hangin out there kinda funny. Throw the back fenders on it and I am all in! [/QUOTE]
